About RIDGID part 44815
RIDGID part number 44815 is the original-equipment set of motor brushes made for RIDGID tools. It is a genuine factory part, not an aftermarket copy, so it fits and performs the way the tool was designed.
Carbon brushes wear down with normal use. Worn brushes cause sparking, loss of power or a motor that cuts in and out, so they are usually replaced in pairs before they damage the commutator.
To make sure 44815 is right for your tool, match it to the parts list (exploded diagram) for your tool's model number. Not sure? Send us your tool's model number and we'll confirm it before you order.
