The Orbit ORDH is a double-acting, hollow-center (hollow plunger) aluminum cylinder. The centre hole lets a rod, cable or tendon pass straight through, for pulling, tensioning, press work and puller setups. Hydraulic power extends and retracts.
- Chrome-plated inner tube for corrosion and wear resistance
- One-piece rod and piston; wiper seal; balancing and lubricating grooves
Why aluminum?
- Up to 60% lighter than a comparable steel cylinder, so it's far easier to carry and position, with less back strain
- Hard anodized aluminum resists corrosion and scoring, even with long field use
- Large bearing surface handles unavoidable side loading
- Rated to 10,000 PSI (700 bar) working pressure
- 3/8" high-flow quick-disconnect coupler
- Built and tested to ANSI B30.1
- Made in Vancouver, BC by Orbit Manufacturing
