🚚 Freight items (over 45 lbs)
Large equipment over 45 lbs boxed, such as hoists, winches, jacks and large press tool kits, ships by freight truck using your own carrier (freight collect): $0 at checkout. Enter your carrier name and account number in the cart notes, and the freight is billed directly to your account. Freight deliveries are usually curbside; note any visible damage on the driver's receipt before signing.

Pickup is free on every order, including freight items, at 4008 Myrtle Street, Burnaby, BC. Choose Pickup in store at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready. Monday to Thursday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
Processing time
- Stock items ship within 2–3 business days.
- Special-order items are ordered in from the manufacturer for you and typically ship within 1–2 weeks. RIDGID, Williams and CDI Torque items typically take 2–3 weeks.
